I have heard back from about 10 of you and here is what I know so far -
Barry Simon - go for Wednesday (in lodge)
Ron Marcella - go for Wednesday (in lodge)
Tim Mann - go for Wednesday (in rv)
Len Philpot - go for Wednesday (in lodge)
Paul Dalley - go for Wednesday (in tent)
Howard Marrs - go for Wednesday (Debbie too?) - (in rv)
Jerry LaBauve - go for Wednesday (in lodge)
David Diaz - go for Wednesday (in tent, but then switching to lodge as per reservation/registration)
Walter Sarrat - go for Wednesday (in lodge)
Note, I have not heard from everyone, so they numbers can increase.
We are on our own for meals on Wednesday and for Thursday morning. Our first meal for those on the meal plan is Thursday at 4 pm.
Do not arrive before 3 pm on Wednesday as they will be doing final prep for our arrival, grass cutting, etc. You will have plenty of time to set up before darkness.
We are expected to make additional payment for the extra night as per the registration form.
Questions? Post them here.

I will not be able to come on Wednesday, but I will possibly be able to come one day earlier on Thursday afternoon-evening. I plan to arrive before 7:00 PM. What time is too late for car lights?
I'm in a tent...

Sunset will be at just about 7:30 pm and end of civil twilight is at almost 8 pm so we will call it 8 pm to be on the field with your lights off. Clear skies only. It it is overcast your lights are ok.
