Switch over to the category titled Deep South Star Gaze where you will find all the info you are looking for including the registration forms, and a multitude of posts that will answer all of your questions.
"Quest" in your post - do you mean "questions" or "guests"?
In any event both are welcome, but just look at the registration form.
