For most of us - very well thank you! For the official dates of the DSSG (Tuesday, the 25th of October to Sunday, October 30th) we had glorious weather on the first 3 nights (Tuesday thru Thursday). Some of the attendees came early and had two additional great nights for observing. The humidity on our clear nights was low with Tuesday night having no dew at all, unheard of in our area. No bug problems either, this was an amazing perk. Some who had planned to attend toward the end of the DSSG changed their plans and came in early. This was not a problem so all should keep this in mind for future years. We had an official registration of 54. 4 were "no-shows" so attendance was 50. This was better than our attendance the past 3 years. As I suffered thru the DSSG which very likely is going to result in a total hip replacement in the near future, I bailed out early. Not a problem really due to the 3 great nights on Tuesday thru Thursday and no great prospects for Friday and Saturday. I did not have a driven mount with me this year so no long exposure astro-photos, but I did take some photos with wide angle lens on a camera tripod and I am going to attach some of those to this post and subsequent posts as well as some daytime shots. Anyone who took photos can reply to this post and post your own photos. (There is a limit of 3 per post.) Remember to click on each thumbnail photo to see larger. Thanks to all who attended and especially to those that helped in some way! Barry Simon

Kudos to Barry and all who helped for another great star party, at least for those who came early on. I thought the programs were very good.
I have a few fall photos to add from around the WH property, but the max file size per attachment is 3 MB. I will have to do some serious surgery on the files to get them that small. I'll see how they look after losing that much data and post them if their decent.
