Ok, with registrations received so far, thru Friday, November 3rd, here are the assignments -
Please refer to the attached image. The green numbers are our designations for the bunkhouse rooms
(1) Main Bunk House (west side) - closest side to the Main Activity Building

(2) Main Bunk House (east side) - side further away from the Main Activity Building

(3) Main Activity Building - small bunk room

(6) Small Couples Room - on the north side of the barn

Note that all others registered so far that are staying in campers, rv's or tents can use the Bath House located on the north side of the Main Bunk House. The female side is closest to the bunk house and the male side is on the north side facing the fields. Each side of the bathhouse has 3 showers, 3 wash basins and 3 toilets.
We have additional room available in the rooms marked (7) and (8).
In each bunk house we assume that we will all be using the lower bunks. Most keep a lot of their stuff on the middle bunk at a convenient height and the upper bunks remain unused.
Note - each bunk has a mattress. You are responsible for your bedding (sleeping bag, sheets, pillow, etc.). Also bring your bathroom supplies such as towel, wash cloth, soap, shampoo, etc.
