I have been in Dallas for the past week minding the grandkids while my daughter and her husband relaxed in Greece. I anticipate some reservations for the DSSG waiting for me. Expect to see my 1st Registration Count with names on Tuesday afternoon.
This should give us a good idea how things are shaping up number wise for the DSSG this year.

Ok, here are the registrations received thru mail delivery on Tuesday, October 2nd. We stand at 21 registrations received with most staying for 3 days or longer.
1 Philpot, Len 2 Shirkey, Bryan 3 Simon, Barry 4 Scanlon, George 5 Rodenhausen, Eric 6 Rodenhausen, Mary Ann 7 Brocksmith, Donald 8 Marshall, Angela 9 Keating, Ron 10 Sarrat, Walter 11 Gaddy, Kenneth 12 LaBauve, Jerry 13 Junius, Ralph 14 Erbe, Richard 15 Wollenberg, Philip 16 Marcella, Ron 17 Miller, Susan 18 Smith, Forrest 19 Halupowski, David 20 Martinez, John 21 Siekmann, Vicki
16 in bunks, 4 in tents and 1 staying off-site.
Please remember - there are 38 bunk assemblies (triple deckers) but the plan is only 1 person per assembly unless a family (father/son, husband/wife, etc.). Once I have all bunks filled, one per bunk, any additional bunk requests may not be honored. If that happens I can provide you with names of people who have already locked up a bunk and somebody may be willing to let you have one of the two extra spaces in their bunk assembly. If that is not possible you will have to either bring a tent or stay off-site. I have wrestled with this and one of the guidelines I have followed is how bunks are allotted at other star parties that have similar arrangements. I will say that if it comes to that I will relinquish one of the spots in my bunk assembly.
