We are about 6 weeks out from the start of the Spring Scrimmage. As of now, including me, I have a total of 6 people that have sent their paperwork in. Several more have assured me that they will be attending, but nothing in writing yet from them.
Anyone else planning on attending, just waiting for some more days to drop off of the calendar? Let me know.

As of this morning we stand at 11 for the Spring Scrimmage. We are now exactly 3 weeks out from the start (May 4th). As of now all the bunk rooms that can be utilized by couples are taken. I still however have plenty of bunk space left.
Please remember to indicate on your registration form in the appropriate space whether or not you have had your COVID vaccines. This information is used in assigning bunk space. (If you have had your vaccines you will be in a bunk house with others who have had theirs. I can fill these rooms to capacity, lower bunks only. If not vaccinated you will be in another bunk room which I will not fill to capacity so that there will be more distance between people. Note - if you are coming with someone else and one of you has been vaccinated and the other one has not and you want to stay together, the one who has been vaccinated should indicate that he wants to be assigned to the same room as the person who has not been vaccinated.
Note - bunk assignments are for the duration of the star gaze. Your bunk is your bunk. It will not be used by anyone else even if you only are there for let's say, the first two nights. If you send payment in for the first two nights, but you decide based upon the weather that you will come later, let's say the last two nights, that is fine. No problem. If you can, let me know that via email.

I sent my registration in today.....I wasn't sure at all about if I was coming or not due to the way the weather is here along the Gulf Coast. I only plan to be there Friday and Saturday night.

I am probably not going to get your registration before I leave for White Horse on Wednesday morning. What is your COVID vaccination status so I can assign you to the appropriate bunk house.

I sent it priority mail so it may or may not get there in time. I am not vaccinated for COVID. So you'll have to assign me to whichever bunkhouse that will be occupied by others who also are not vaccinated. I'll bring cash and or a checkbook in case that will be needed.
