I'm up near Chicago, so no immediate concern here...
So how do these hurricanes affect the DSSG area of land? It looks on the map you might be about 100 miles north of the Gulf coast..

Where I live in central Louisiana has become pretty much outside the danger zone. The same cannot be said for points east - They're looking down the barrel of this monster. I seriously doubt anyone in Baton Rouge, New Orleans or that area will be able to reply for a while. White Horse Christian Retreat Camp is located to the northeast of the NOLA area and as such is pretty much dead center for Ida as well (red square):  As to the effects on DSSG, it's too early to say. We'll have to wait and see how they fare. |
