I have pretty much completed the Registration Form for our upcoming 36th Annual DSSG at the White Horse Retreat Camp. I have sent it to Carol at White Horse for her final review. However everything is as she and I have discussed. I was able to negotiate some additional fee discounts which are favorable. You will see them on the form. These include:
$25.00 bunk fee per night if staying all 5 nights, $30.00 bunk fee per night if staying for 3 or 4 nights. (If just 1 or 2 nights, it is $35.00 per night.)
Meals are less at White Horse.
If in an RV or camper and using their electricity via 30 amp breakers, the fee is $35 per night, if supplying your own power via a quiet generator, your fee is $30.00 per night.
Compared to the Feliciana Retreat Center, if you were in a cottage, for all nights and all meals, you will be paying $70 less at White Horse.
Note, I have names of all that paid for dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday at the Feliciana Retreat Center, meals you did not get because staff was not there to serve them. We did not pay for that so you will be given a credit to subtract from what you owe for White Horse. Your credit will be as low as $9 if you just basically get a refund for the Sunday breakfast, but as much as $23.00 if your refund is for both meals. I will let individuals know what they can subtract from what they owe.
