The question today is about power (electricity) at the Spring Scrimmage.
The Question is basically "Can I use a Honda generator, or do we have the same rule as we do at the fall Spring Scrimmage? Yes, same rule. Quiet generators (marketed as quiet generators can be used during the daytime, and likely would be used by anyone with an rv or camper. We do not want them used at night due to their still audible noise. Additionally I and others do not want to be the judge to determine when one would just be loud enough to prevent use while another one would be ok.
All of this is really a mute point as we will have the small power "totem pole" on the field where you can plug in. Supply your own extension cord. Many, myself included, just operate off of the batteries that we bring.

Question about Wi-Fi? I cannot remember, so hopefully someone can let me know. Is there Wi-Fi availability at the lodge? How good is Cell Phone coverage?

Bill, there is wifi in the lodge. It's slow. Very slow. But it's there. For the most part cell coverage is poor though walking 10 feet in any direction might get you a signal for a moment. I can only speak for my provider which is AT&T. Perhaps Verizon or some other is better.

Nope. Verizon (at least for me) isn't any better. The usual answer (for me) to the question "Who has the best cell signal?" is typically "Whomever I DON'T have"... :-)

When I make a call to Brenda on Saturday I will ask her what the current status of their Wi-Fi equipment is and report back.

Wi-Fi is up and running. Best reception is in the dining hall. Confirmed by conversation with Brenda
